  I never thought that my bank was so unreliable. My debit card developed a problem "Chip Maulfuntion "over 6 weeks ago. I was told that the replacement will take 3 weeks, it's now 5 weeks . Only to be told that the new card is not ready. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Please some one look into my problem. I'm about to travel in a few days.
