::This place is amazing! Literally five steps away from the Lower Bay beachfront. Perfect for a small group of people who want a nice space that's close to the beach. Comes with a complete kitchen, three bedrooms, an outdoor shower, and smart tv. Its also really close to local restaurants that are affordable yet still tasty.

::Lovely bed and breakfast at the bottom of beautiful Lower Bay beach. The hosts make you feel right at home and are always friendly and available. Breakfasts are tasty, and the homemade yogurt and muffins were a lovely touch

::Spent 5 days in paradise! Our hosts Robert and Shelby were absolutely wonderful - cheerful, attentive to our every need and very kowledgeable about the island. We stayed in the bungalow. It felt as if we had our own private tree house surrounded by tropical fruit trees and other greenery but with a huge bed and a refreshing enclosed outdoor shower. Brilliant sea views from balcony and only a couple of steps to the golden sand beach. We were made to feel right at home. Really appreciated breakfast which included fresh fruit salad... and a surprise cupcake each morning. I highly recommend Sweet Retreat for an unforgettable experience.

::Just arrived. A little hard to find but then again good things are. Peaceful, environmentally eco-friendly, personalised, non pretentious, no hidden charges what you see is what you get. Robert and Shelby are very friendly and helpful. Made my day. Temperamental WiFi but otherwise perfect. This place has inspired me to write my first review.

::The Sweet Retreat is the perfect place for a relaxation driven vacation. The rooms are quaint with picturesque views and the location is 30 second walking distance from the beautiful Lower Bay beach. Robert and Shelby are lovely hosts! Shelby makes from scratch the most delicious breakfast that comes complimentary with your stay. There is snorkeling gear that can be borrowed as well. I wouldn't want to spend my vacation in Bequia at any other spot!
